The scope of the project was to reduce the CO2 levels in the Åsgard B export gas to achieve export specification to the onshore treatment plant at Kårstø. Mixing of Smørbukk gas and Midgard gas was necessary to achieve the export gas specification to the Åsgard Transport pipeline of 2.0 to 2.3 mol% maximum CO2. The project was executed by APPLY Sørco with support of APPLY Poland.
